Aimee has been training in Karate for over 20 years, competitively for 15 years and holds a 2nd Dan Black belt.

During Aimee’s career she has represented the England karate team at international level consistently from the age of 14 years old achieving 3 European Bronze medals, 2 European Silver medals and a World Championship Bronze medal. Nationally Aimee has won the English championships 14 times and the British championships 9 times.

Aimee has been coaching since 2011 both nationally and internationally. Aimee began coaching for England and was appointed the National Kata youth coach in 2016. The following year she was appointed National England coach for the U21 squad , coaching at European and World Championships, a position she held for a number of years successfully coaching athletes to European medals.

Aimee not only teaches Sport but also teaches Traditional Karate.
